Sambeeta’s (Sam’s) research interests lie at the intersection of micro-robotics, synthetic biology and surface chemistry. In particular her research focuses on designing and functionalizing different micro-robotic structures which could be used for different applications in synthetic biology such as pattern generation, drug delivery, sensing and cell manipulation.
